1. Purpose and service

These terms govern use of the ASSETCASTING website provided by Earnings Crew (the “Operator”). The service provides learning notes based on publicly available videos, market analysis notes and related learning features free of charge.

2. Accounts and personal saved content

After signing in, users can bookmark learning and analysis notes and organize them with groups and private comments. Please notify the Operator if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Users must not use the service in a way that infringes others’ rights or interferes with service operations.

3. Content and external services

AI summaries and analysis are reference materials for investment learning, not investment advice recommending transactions in specific financial products. Users must independently verify the accuracy and suitability of information when making investment decisions.

Embedded videos, charts and affiliate product links may connect to external services. The ASSETCASTING website currently does not directly offer product purchases or payments. Transactions made with external sellers are subject to those sellers’ terms.

4. Service changes and rights

The Operator may change or discontinue parts of the service when operationally necessary and will announce important changes where reasonably possible. Rights to the service’s content and composition belong to the Operator or the legitimate rights holders. Users must not reproduce or distribute them without the rights holder’s permission.

Questions, opinions and reactions

Reading and reactions do not require sign-in. Writing questions, opinions and replies requires sign-in and uses a unique community nickname. Submissions are reviewed before publication; moderator replies may be published directly. Approval is an operational review, not a guarantee of accuracy or investment suitability. Do not post personal data, impersonation, advertising, abuse, unlawful content or material infringing others' rights. We may withhold or remove such content. You retain your rights to your submissions and permit their display with the relevant content for operating this service. Editing requires a new review; you can delete your own text.
