Privacy Policy

1. Information processed and purposes

• Google account sign-in: account identifiers, email addresses, names and profile pictures received from the authentication provider are used for sign-in and account identification.
• Bookmarks: account identifiers, saved notes, group names and user-written comments are used to provide bookmarks.
• Community profiles and discussions: an account identifier, a separate community nickname, questions, opinions, replies, submission times and review status are processed. Approved text and the community nickname are public; Google names and email addresses are not used as public author names. Pending or rejected text is visible only to its author and moderators.
• Reactions: a random browser cookie, valid for up to 180 days, helps prevent duplicate reactions. The server stores a content-specific hash for each study note or webtoon rather than the cookie value. A keyed daily hash of the connection address is used to limit excessive requests. Reaction counts describe browser participation, not verified unique people.
• Service operations: access logs, IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies and similar information may be processed for service security and usage analysis.

2. Retention and deletion

Sign-in information, bookmarks and comments are retained while the account is in use. Users can directly delete bookmarks and groups and request deletion of account-related information at the email address below. Once a deletion request is confirmed, information is deleted without delay unless retention is required by law. Electronic files are deleted using methods that make recovery difficult.

Community content and local drafts

You can change your community nickname, cancel a reaction in the same browser, and edit or delete your questions, opinions and replies. Editing requires another review. Deleting removes the text and author-account link; a minimal, non-public deletion record may remain to maintain reply relationships. Drafts saved when moving to sign-in are kept in this tab's session storage, restored once within 30 minutes, and removed when read. They are not sent to analytics. Account and moderation screens and discussion areas are excluded from optional screen recordings. Contact us to request deletion of account-related data.

3. External services and automatic collection

Sign-in uses Google accounts, and Google Analytics and Google advertising code are installed on the site. How these services process cookies and usage information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may reject or delete cookies through browser settings, but some sign-in features may be limited.

Using embedded YouTube videos or external chart content connects to the relevant provider’s service. The Operator runs the website and authentication and bookmark data on self-hosted servers in South Korea.

We use Amplitude, Inc.’s analytics service to improve the service. Page views, clicks, sessions, whether a search occurred and search-query length, segment playback button clicks, bookmarking and removal, sharing-link copying and similar usage information are processed with device identifiers. Account identifiers, email addresses, names, comments and raw search queries are not included in analytics events. Analytics information is sent to Amplitude’s United States data processing region, separately from our self-hosted servers in South Korea. See the Amplitude Privacy Policy for details.

Optional screen analysis (session replay) covers all eligible sessions (100%) on public content pages only when the user separately permits it. Processed information includes anonymous device and session identifiers, screen structure, clicks and scrolling. Text is conservatively masked; input and editable elements, account and bookmark states, notifications, images, videos, external frames and private pages are excluded. Collection is also excluded on URLs and referrer URLs containing search queries or authentication information. When enabled, information is transmitted over the network during use to Amplitude, Inc. (United States) and is retained for 30 days by default for usability analysis. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You may withdraw permission at any time through “Replay settings” in the footer, and declining does not affect use of the service. Withdrawal stops future collection; deletion of information already transmitted can be requested at the contact address below. The collection switch may remain disabled until privacy verification of actual recordings is complete.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of its processing. Send requests or privacy inquiries to earningscrew@gmail.com. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law after identity verification.
