Bloomberg's Balance of Power covers Trump's campaign schedule and early-voting turnout 15 days out from Election Day, alongside Ukraine-Russia, the Iran war and energy prices, AI, and unrest in France. Trump previews 7 straight days of rallies across states he won big, and the show reports early-voting energy including the Texas Senate race. On Ukraine, Trump floats joining 3-way talks with Putin and Xi Jinping, suggests Russia is doing fine, and trades barbs with Zelenskyy. Guests critically examine Russia's strikes on Kyiv and energy sites, moves to ease diesel and crude sanctions on Russia, and alleged Starlink and intelligence-sharing disruptions. A New York House member explains energy price pressure from the Iran conflict, New York's power-bill structure, the tax bill's growth effects, and debt and fraud issues. Markets get a check of the tech rebound after a long chip slump, rising yields amid French turmoil, and 100-dollar-range oil, plus AI jobs, bubble, data-center, and safety debates spilling into the election. Former House Intelligence ranking member Jane Harman faults the lack of Ukraine and Middle East strategy, and the show closes on France's curfews, early-vote strategy, and candidate-strength debates. All directional views are the speaker's conditional judgments and do not settle any near-term price forecast.

The broadcast tracks slowing DRAM and NAND price gains with AI demand, covering the price-versus-demand debate, consumer burdens and hyperscaler polarization. It says DDR4 gains flatten while DDR5 stays strong and CXMT's 4F-squared is not yet a threat, calling last week's memory price fall excessive. It reviews CoreWeave debt fears with spiking CDS, plus Alibaba, Tencent and ByteDance China CSP capex. It cites peak earnings forecasts missing by 47 percent on average, with 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2024 outlooks all wrong, urging buying bottoms and selling tops on PBR. It invokes peak-year fall patterns and leading bottoms, January (month 1) 2019 and Hynix up 88 percent in 2023, to sell misses and buy surprises. It flags 150 trillion won in foreign selling and the NPS selling failure, explaining the shortage logic of era-wanted stocks. It covers raised CSP capex from Goldman, TrendForce and JP Morgan, UBS memory and Google Cloud results, and a rebuttal of Dr. Lee Jo-won. All directional views are the speakers' conditional judgments and do not confirm any near-term price forecast.

The interview argues that high income and professional status do not prevent debt distress from business borrowing or investment losses. Clinic opening costs, equipment leases and sole-proprietor liabilities illustrate the issue, but occupational rankings and investment-loss shares among clients are the guest’s experience rather than population statistics. It distinguishes asset realization and distribution in bankruptcy, discharge and income-based personal rehabilitation, explaining that the state does not simply pay the debts. Investment-loss debt depends on the procedure, court, assets, income and circumstances, not automatic approval or universal rejection. Further speculation, income evidence, plan performance or modification, and possible disclosure to employers or family are discussed. Repayment periods, credit rebuilding and occupational restrictions should not be treated as fixed universal timelines or rules; current law and the individual case matter. The central warning is that investing borrowed money or funds with fixed uses and deadlines can connect market losses to other payment obligations. All directional outlooks are the speaker’s conditional judgments, not definitive short-term price predictions.

Solitary individual dip-buying meets 3,800 in foreign selling in hundred-million-won units while Philly checks grow routine and Solidigm noise drags Hynix harder. The NH double-bottom case holds July (7) lows near 5,200, defends 5,000, and eyes post-October (10) repair on price-EPS gaps shaped by March (3) Iran and July (7) plunge lessons. Unsecured CoreWeave paper spiking while secured and big-tech bonds stay firm leaves funding open, and the All-In podcast calls it passing volatility. Live current demand, Amazon booked 2 years out, 4-year GPUs at premiums, and Google hunting memory argue AI demand shortfalls stay unconfirmed. With spot prices, inventory-shipment gauges, and memory shortages plus Nvidia sellouts intact, bets on bends after year 28 read excessive. TSMC beats with raised guidance see AI accelerators compounding at 50 percent rates into 2029, HBM growing 60 to 70 percent, and CXMT yields at 20 percent. United States quarter 2 over 50 percent and quarter 3 at 27 percent frame an Nvidia-Micron 30 percent irony, Solidigm profit of 5 to 10 percent against 30 percent stock pain, and October (10) 28 earnings communication demands. All directional views are the speakers' conditional judgments and do not confirm any short-term price forecast.

It reports a mayor's and a district chief's troop-deployment calls and the Gironde minors' night curfew. It adds a small-business lobby's tax and fee relief demands and Italy's curfew review. All directional outlooks are the speaker's conditional judgments, not definitive short-term price predictions.

The broadcast reports a Nasdaq rebound in the 1 percent range with Philadelphia Semiconductor up 1.6 percent and the MSCI Korea ETF surging 4 percent, yet warns against excitement over faded intraday gains and flat KOSPI night futures. It flags the US 10-year above 5 percent, WTI above 100 dollars, and France-led European fiscal strains as market variables. It reports SK Hynix ADRs surging 4 percent with Micron and Nvidia rebounding and equipment names strong, while CoreWeave closed down 0.4 percent after a 6 percent after-hours spike. It covers Amazon up 5 percent with next-year capex growth raised from 50 percent toward 60 to 70 percent, plus Tesla up 3.7 percent. It relays Microsoft's explanation that the Nscale UK exit owed to power bottlenecks, not demand, plus a 450 hundred-million-dollar Anthropic compute negotiation. Centered on Goldman's neutral-to-buy CoreWeave upgrade, it introduces 7.5 to 10.5 percent collateral-based funding rates, conservative 15 percent returns, and the 25 percent case with used GPUs. It covers Musk's SpaceX gifts, 108 hundred-million dollars under age 18 and 27 hundred-million dollars under age 4, plus Samsung humanoids and US-Iran deal hopes. All directional views are the speakers' conditional judgments and do not confirm any near-term price forecast.

They said the AI debt bomb would burst, yet Goldman says buy CoreWeave

Rsanmoo's day strategy for Tuesday, October (month 10) 20th. Yesterday's bounce brought relief, but he sees funds unwinding into an early winter amid a 20% monthly slide shock. The US session was no strong tape despite the Nasdaq's over 1% gain, fading into the cash session and dawn, while Korea's premarket tracked US futures. He likes index levels — buying 5500 toward 7000, a 1500-point 22% run — but draws the line at single names. Despite a Blue House press-room mention of stocks, he rates government or Trump pump odds low, and names the core issue as shaken faith in AI itself over IB outlooks. Rail and drone analogies argue consensus futures never arrive, and he warns of debt and bailout hangovers if AI frustrates. After asides on old-money patience exhaustion and immortality-conspiracy musings, he prescribes a probabilistic response: up or down, buy 2% of total weight near the close, a little each day. An institution would short — meaning hedge — here, but already trimmed with no hedge benefit left, he buys; a 5200 to 5300 break opens the fear zone. He adds buying Samsung Electronics and SK hynix only on plunges, KOSDAQ at 666, trimming some buys on a Friday 5% KOSPI gain, buying a 7% intraday drop, and flash-crash caution.

Day strategy (1020 Tuesday)

In a SamproTV global interview, Hanwha Investment & Securities senior research fellow Han Sang-hee says fears of an AI investment collapse are excessive. Amid deja vu identical to July (month 7), the S&P 500 sits just 1.5% below its high and the Nasdaq and Dow 4% down, so the US market — 65% of global equities — is not broken. Noting the Nasdaq rose over 1% on a day rates climbed 6bp, he says to read it as a bonds-versus-stocks fight rather than a rates story, with the November (month 11) 3rd midterm split-versus-blue-wave outcome as the variable. The CoreWeave stock and CDS premium spike reflects balance-sheet trouble, not AI demand, and rising rents on old GPUs plus stable asset-backed debt rates make the crisis talk excessive. He rebuts the Gartner report warning of 2030 write-offs of 3 trillion 5 thousand hundred-million dollars and 80% neocloud shutdowns as close to executive-targeted consulting: the 2027 to 2030 outlook for 6 trillion dollars of investment is itself bullish, and CoreWeave's March (month 3) cash-flow model holds up to 16.5% rates. The Anthropic markdown from 2 to 1.5 trillion dollars reflects doubt about the 1 thousand hundred-million-dollar annualized-revenue goal; he walks through the 168 hundred-million-dollar third-quarter (quarter 3) result and 20x PSR math and says quick listings must deliver clear numbers. For big-tech earnings, cloud revenue and operating profit — not FCF — are the checkpoints, and KOSPI 5700 sits at the low end of a 5200 to 7200 box, a place to buy with the 30% cash raised above 7000. Expanding Fed assets and falling bank card delinquencies mean short-term liquidity is not bad.

Is the AI investment collapse fear excessive? From the CoreWeave crisis story to big-tech earnings | Han Sang-hee, Hanwha Investment & Securities senior research fellow [Global Interview]

On Yonhap News Economy TV's Market Focus, Rep. Lee Kwon-hee diagnoses the plunging KOSPI in a 35-minute show. With the Nasdaq up over 1% on chips yet selling off, he calls it an internal-market problem of foreign selling and derivatives-led volatility, with futures down to -4.77% intraday. He explains Hynix's weakness versus Samsung and its break of the July (month 7) 29 low through the Solidigm listing dispute and split-listing culture behind the Korea discount and broken foreign trust. Technically he warns of a possible downtrend signal as the index re-entered after the October (month 10) 13 Bollinger lower-band break only to retest it, and he dismisses Gartner's AI pessimism as consulting-sales noise while siding with Bank of America's bottom call. Reviewing French unrest and rate burdens, he sees a fair rate of 4.5-5% and diagnoses low-testing amid flow problems: hedge-fund attacks in a buyback void and US-chip selling routed through Korea. On Meta earnings he watches for Muse AI-agent regional expansion with new investment or cloud rentals, citing B2C monetization and strong ads as a possible rebound trigger. For top-two holders he advises waiting at a PBR of 1.1-1.2 with no merit in selling, buying the trend turn after Samsung earnings and HBM comments or scaling in, adding substrates and equipment on pullbacks, and he flags a possible small-cap phase after the November (month 11) 3 midterms. All directional views are the speaker's conditional judgments and do not settle any near-term price forecast.
